Draw First and Come in Last

Violence & Action, everything has a place in life; at certain points you have to make certain plays. When you are put in a situation where aggression is the only way, remember “never draw first”. I know the popular consensus is to be the first one to explode/hit/attack but don’t take the bait.

Every instance in my life where I needed to attack*, I would delay till the enemy took the first shot; I was determined to never be the instigator of violence. Even in fights I would wait to get punched first just so that I could annihilate my enemy with cause.

Wait for your enemy to show his hand, let him make the threat; don’t return threats with more threats just wait for him to act; when he does he is yours. His first hit will be substantial and will hurt you but you should be prepared. Now its your turn to act, this is a critical moment as you don’t want to deliver a blow that will just get him angry, when you hit, hit to kill (I mean it figuratively); they should not be able to rise up after your first and last attack!

Never try to stretch a war out, always be prepared and when in a tight spot wait for the action then proceed to destroy!

Remember I [Prince]: Secure yourself with principal, win friends, overcome either by force or fraud, make yourself beloved and feared by the people, be followed and revered by soldiers, Exterminate those who have power or reason to hurt you, change the old Order of things to new, be severe and gracious, magnanimous and liberal, destroy disloyal soldiery and create new, maintain friendship with Kings and Princes in such a way that they must help him with zeal and offend With caution.

Remember II: Never ever reveal your true attack potential (This is supreme!).

Remember III: Never let your ego/emotion in to the equation.

*Note: This strategy is applicable in situations where you and your opponent are equally matched and you are unsure of what to do, when in doubt wait it out! << Said because if the situation changes you will need to change your plan of attack.
